2. Can I join if I have limited space at home?
Yes! All workouts are designed to be done in small spaces, like your bedroom or living room. Just ensure you have enough room to move safely.
3. What should I wear for the class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes (preferably sports or dance shoes). Have a water bottle and towel nearby too!
4. Do I need to keep my camera on during class?
Keeping your camera on is completely optional. However, it helps instructors guide you better and creates a more interactive experience.
5. Can I join mid-week or do I have to start on Monday?
You can join any day of the week! Each session is standalone, so you’re welcome to hop in and start whenever you’re ready.
