Yes, we have kept the batch as flexible and student can attend any session from the 4 batches that are currently running.

What is the difference between yoga and prenatal yoga?

How is prenatal yoga different from “regular” yoga? The biggest difference is that everyone in the room is a pregnant woman! This results in a class tailored more specifically to address the aches and discomforts of pregnanc.
