No recordings are available. All sessions are live-only, encouraging you to stay consistent and present in real time.
3. What kind of space do I need at home for this class?
A small area where you can move your arms and take a few steps side-to-side is enough. Living room, bedroom—anything works!
4. Do I need to eat before class?
That’s totally up to you. Some prefer to work out on an empty stomach, others have a light snack (like a banana). Choose what feels best for your body.
