I am very impressed with the session .. Especially 8 am batch . Sir takes the activities so well that I really feel energized . I started with 3 days trial session. Then extended to 1 month..now I am planning to take 3 months plan for yoga sessions.. Shyam Bhai ji. Your yoga classes are really helpful. It has brought lot of positive changes in me. I used to have very shallow breaths, low BP and used to be anxious all of the time. This is the best class, I have started loving yoga after joining this class. Rupali is best yoga teacher, teaches with a consistent speed. I try not to miss any class but due to unavoidable reasons have to miss and then I don’t feel good. I feel I will continue with Shyambai yoga group always. My backache has improved and there is lot of flexibility in my body.In these yoga classes punctuality is practiced and the class starts exactly at 7pm and full 55 minutes it is either exercise or pranayam. No time is wasted which is the best thing.

Balloon Breathing

Sit cross-legged and take a deep breath, puffing up your belly like a balloon.
Slowly exhale, imagining the balloon gently deflating.
Repeat 5 times to bring instant calm and focus.

    Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)

    Sit with feet together and knees wide like butterfly wings.
    Flap the knees gently up and down while taking deep breaths.
    This helps release restlessness and improves focus.

    Starfish Relaxation

    Lie down with arms and legs stretched wide like a starfish.
    Close the eyes and take slow, deep breaths, feeling the body relax.
    Stay for a minute, imagining floating in the ocean.

      Elephant Trunk Swing

      Stand with feet apart, arms hanging like an elephant’s trunk.
      Swing the arms side to side while making soft “whoosh” sounds.
      This releases pent-up energy and improves body awareness.

      Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)

      Stand tall, place one foot on the opposite ankle or thigh.
      Press hands together in front of the chest and focus on a point.
      Balancing helps calm a restless mind and improves patience.

      Cat-Cow Stretch

      On hands and knees, inhale to arch the back (Cow), looking up.
      Exhale to round the spine (Cat), tucking the chin.
      This gentle movement soothes nerves and relieves excess energy.

      Hug Yourself Pose

      Sit or stand and wrap arms around the body for a big self-hug.
      Squeeze gently, take deep breaths, and sway side to side.
      This provides comfort, grounding, and a sense of security.

      How do virtual classes work?

      The students once enrolled gets added to our list. We will share the daily link and reminder on Whatsapp before the start of each session.

      What equipment will I need?

      Mobile, Laptops, Ipad, Tabs any electronic gadgets with good internet connectivity

      Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

      Classes are conducted only Live. As there is already a flexibility given to student to attend any batch in case they miss it. We don’t record the classes.

      What app is required?

      We conduct classes via zoom and sometimes meet.
