I’m Shefali, a passionate yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast from Ujjain, the sacred city of Mahakal. My journey with yoga began in my teenage years when I discovered its incredible potential to heal, transform, and connect the body, mind, and soul. Today, I’m honored to share this transformative practice with others, both through online and offline yoga classes.
I specialize in meditation and asanas, focusing on blending physical strength with inner peace. Spiritual yoga holds a special place in my teachings, as I believe yoga is not just about poses but a path to self-discovery and connection with the divine. My classes often incorporate elements of pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting, and techniques to cultivate mindfulness and spiritual awareness, helping students find balance and harmony in their lives.
With 6.5 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I’ve earned my Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Rhythmic Power Yoga in Indore (M.P.), which further deepened my understanding of yoga’s ancient wisdom and modern applications.
Currently, I’m collaborating with Shyam Bhai Studio, bringing wellness to corporate spaces and beyond. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy exploring serene and peaceful places, finding inspiration in the tranquility of nature.
