4. What happens if I miss a day?
Since there are no recordings, we encourage regular attendance. But donβt worryβeach session is standalone, so you can easily pick up again the next day.
5. Do I need to prepare anything before class?
Just have a bottle of water, wear comfortable clothes, and keep basic items handy (like a pillow, stick, mat, chair, or dumbbells). Thatβs it!
