These sessions also focus on reducing stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of well-being, and preparing you mentally and physically for childbirth.

    2. Can I practice yoga if I have pregnancy complications?

If you have any pregnancy complications or health concerns, it’s always best to consult with your doctor before starting yoga. Our instructors are trained to provide safe modifications and alternative postures that cater to your specific needs. We prioritize your safety and well-being, ensuring that each movement is gentle and appropriate for your condition while helping you stay active and comfortable throughout your pregnancy.

    4. Can I interact with other participants during the classes?

Yes, our online classes encourage interaction among expectant mothers. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with other participants. This supportive community helps create a nurturing environment where you can learn from others, gain motivation, and feel reassured throughout your pregnancy journey.

    5. What happens if I need extra support or have specific questions?

If you require additional support or have specific concerns, our instructors are available for one-on-one consultations. After each class, you can reach out to discuss any doubts, request modifications, or seek guidance on your yoga practice. We are committed to ensuring that every participant receives the personal attention and support they need.

    6. What is the ideal time to start prenatal yoga during pregnancy?

Prenatal yoga can be started as early as the first trimester, but many women feel most comfortable beginning in the second trimester when morning sickness and fatigue often subside. It’s important to listen to your body and consult with your doctor before starting. Our instructors will guide you through each trimester with modifications to ensure a safe and beneficial practice.

    7. How often should I practice prenatal yoga for the best results?

Practicing two to three times a week is ideal for maintaining flexibility, strength, and relaxation throughout your pregnancy. However, if you feel comfortable and have no medical restrictions, you can practice more frequently. Regular sessions help improve posture, reduce pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling, and prepare you for labor and delivery.

    8. What should I bring to my prenatal yoga sessions?

For your prenatal yoga sessions, you’ll need a comfortable yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and supportive pillows or bolsters for additional comfort during certain poses. Wearing loose, breathable clothing that allows free movement is also recommended. If you have specific medical needs, keeping a small towel or cushion nearby for extra support can be beneficial.

Yogini Nidhi

Certified Yoga Instructor

Expert in Personalized Yoga, Male and Female Fertility Yoga, PCOD, Pregnancy and Post-Natal

Namaste, my name is Nidhi. I completed a diploma in yoga eight years ago from Maharshi Dayanand University, Dehradun. For a few years, it was merely a certificate to me. While I practiced yoga offline, I never pursued it professionally.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed people struggling with stress and tension. Wanting to help, I began conducting online yoga sessions with the support of an NGO. It was a modest beginning, but it gave me a sense of purpose.

Online Personalised Yoga Classes

A few months later, I received an offer to join Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes, which became a turning point in my journey. From there, my career truly took off.

I specialize in prenatal, postnatal, and senior citizen yoga. Helping people, teaching them, and seeing their stress melt away into smiles keeps me motivated. Over time, I also trained further in prenatal, postnatal, and fertility yoga to expand my expertise.

For me, yoga is not just a profession or a practice; it is my way of life. Teaching yoga brings me immense joy, and the positive feedback from my students fills me with peace. Knowing I’ve made a difference in someone’s life helps me sleep peacefully at night.

I am deeply grateful to Shyambhai Online Yoga Classes for giving me this incredible opportunity and for being a significant part of my journey.
