Pallavi Dewani is an energetic and certified online Zumba trainer with over five years of experience in helping clients dance their way to fitness. Known for her engaging classes, she combines fun choreography with a passion for health, ensuring everyone enjoys their workout while burning calories. In addition to Zumba, Pallavi offers personalized nutrition and diet plans, tailored to each client’s needs. Having successfully guided over 100 clients on their fitness journeys, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every session, making her a fantastic partner in your wellness journey!

It is one of the best yoga classes I have come across. I was going through a lot of stress due to office work. But within one month I really found the Pranayams and yoga exercises actually made me a positive person and really active. I love the style they teach very systematically and we really enjoy it to the core. My mom had arthritis and back ache. To my surprise she has already got relieved you can say more than 70% and that too just within 1 month. REALLY GREAT !!!!! Awesome!!!!! I know it’s too early to write my review but I really got the benefit and want all of you to get same.

My name is Arti Sharma. had joined Shyambhai yoga classes for the last two months as I had a patella fracture in my left knee, I was unable to climb stairs past last year.
