It is one of the best yoga classes I have come across. I was going through a lot of stress due to office work. But within one month I really found the Pranayams and yoga exercises actually made me a positive person and really active. I love the style they teach very systematically and we really enjoy it to the core. My mom had arthritis and back ache.
