It is one of the best yoga classes I have come across. I was going through a lot of stress due to office work. But within one month I really found the Pranayams and yoga exercises actually made me a positive person and really active. I love the style they teach very systematically and we really enjoy it to the core. My mom had arthritis and back ache. To my surprise she has already got relieved you can say more than 70% and that too just within 1 month. REALLY GREAT !!!!! Awesome!!!!!
