I was just a 57-year-old grandmother from Delhi when I first came to Shyambhai Yoga’s Online Yoga Classes for Weight Loss. I only wanted to lose some weight. I never thought it would change my whole life.

On April 20, 2025, I stood ready to jump in Rishikesh. I wasn’t scared—I was ready. When I jumped, I felt free, just like in final relaxation pose.

Now at 59, I’m stronger and braver than I was at 45. This is what Shyambhai Yoga gave me—not just weight loss, but joy in moving and courage in living.
