With small classes limited to 6 students, you’ll receive personalized attention as our instructors modify poses for your unique needs. Regular practice helps improve joint pain, bone strength, blood pressure, and balance. Choose from multiple daily sessions in the morning, afternoon, or evening to fit your schedule.
Our approach emphasizes gradual skill-building at your comfort level, with simple one-click access and available technical support. We go beyond physical postures by integrating breathing techniques and meditation practices specifically for seniors. Each session is guided with your comfort and safety in mind, allowing you to experience the full benefits of yoga adapted for your changing needs.
Our senior yoga classes also include spiritual yoga, a 50-minute session focusing on pranayama, breathing exercises, gentle movement, and meditation designed to promote mental calmness and reduce anxiety.
