On April 1st, 2025, a beautiful new chapter began as I welcomed twin boys into the world through a natural delivery—an experience that was not only empowering but deeply aligned with everything I had prepared for during my pregnancy.
Looking back, I truly believe that yoga played a pivotal role in making this possible. The strength, flexibility, and mindfulness I cultivated through each session gave me both physical readiness and emotional calm. From breathing techniques to mindful movement and deep relaxation practices, yoga became my anchor.
A heartfelt thank you to my yoga guide, @Deepa Nidhi Mam, whose constant encouragement, customized prenatal yoga sessions, and compassionate presence became the backbone of my pregnancy journey. Your knowledge and care made all the difference—and I can’t express how grateful I am for your role in this miraculous moment.
To my loving partner, Shyambhai Yoga, your support, love, and ever-positive energy kept me going. From late-night cravings to attending yoga classes with me, you were there through it all.
This experience has not only blessed me with two beautiful sons, but has also deepened my belief in the power of holistic pregnancy care. I’m incredibly grateful to this wonderful yoga community, and I’m already looking forward to returning to class—with two little yogis in tow someday!
