Pricing: 1 Month for ₹1550 | 2 Months for ₹2500
Days: Monday to Saturday
Format:
- Monday to Friday: 35-40 mins of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Lamaze Breathing, Ball Exercises, plus 10-15 mins of Meditation & Garbh Sanskar
- Saturday: A special 45-minute Garbh Sanskar workshop with Mayuri
